1. There will be three examinations during the year and progress reports will be shown on open day to the parents /guardians to inform them about the progress of their children. The report must be signed by Parents / Guardians.
  2. Equal importance will be given to the results of the three examinations while granting promotions.
  3. A student whose attendance is less than 90% calculated from the date of admission may not be promoted unless a medical certificate is produced.
  4. A student who fails in any of the major subjects i.e., English language and Mathematics may not be promoted.
  5. The results declared at the end of the year are decided with the teachers and the committee members and they are final and will not be reconsidered.
